Course Overview

This certification is an intensive and transformative journey into the heart of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and its most refined evolution: the New Code of NLP and the Emergent New Code, developed by John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St. Clair.

Whether you are a coach, therapist, leader, HR professional, teacher, human development enthusiast, or seeking a fresh start in your life, this course offers you deep experiential knowledge, powerful tools for change, and the ability to communicate with the unconscious – for yourself and for others.

By combining Classic NLP, the New Code, and the Emergent New Code with the Grinder-Bostic coaching framework, you will acquire a comprehensive toolbox for high-level, ethical, and effective coaching.

Training Modules

• Origins and evolution of NLP and the New Code
• Modeling, epistemology, logical levels, pattern recognition
• Rapport, calibration, representational systems
• Submodalities (Swish, cross recoding, synesthesia), anchoring protocols
• Advanced language models (Meta Model, Milton Model, Verbal Package)
• New Code high-performance games (NASA, Alphabet, Swiss Ball, etc.)
• Working with unconscious signals and “neutral third positions”
• Grinder-Bostic coaching process
• Self-application and sustainable habits for coaches
• Advanced integration: working with involuntary systems, unconscious alignment, and internal archives

Schedule

• Module 1: 14–15 November 2025, from 9am to 5pm
• Module 2: 28–29 November 2025, from 9am to 5pm
• Module 3: 30–31 January 2026, from 9am to 5pm
• Module 4: 27–28 February 2026, from 9am to 5pm
• Module 5: 27–28 March 2026, from 9am to 5pm
• Module 6: 24–25 April 2026, from 9am to 5pm
• Final Assessment: 26 April 2026, from 9am to 5pm

Additionally, 2-hour Zoom sessions will be scheduled between modules to reinforce content integration, answer questions, share field observations, and maintain group momentum. The dates of these online meetings will be announced during the course.

At the end of the program, participants will benefit from three complementary post-course workshops, each lasting 3 hours.

These workshops, delivered either in person or online, are designed to:

• Practice coaching through dynamic role-playing, allowing participants to experience coaching in action with structure, flexibility, and impact.
• Support each participant step-by-step in identifying their unique market value and clarifying their Unique Selling Proposition (USP) to build a coherent, authentic, and differentiated coaching offer.
• Activate and mobilize deep unconscious resources to stay centered, creative, and resilient in both professional and personal growth.

Certification

The final assessment day (26 April 2026) will include practical exercises to demonstrate acquired skills.

The evaluation will be filmed and followed by written feedback highlighting what the participant did well and the areas that need improvement.

Participants who meet the validation criteria will receive the following certifications:

• Certified NLP Practitioner
• New Code NLP Practitioner for Coaching Excellence

You will then have the option to pursue the “International Coaching Certification”.

This optional certification consists solely of an exam to be taken between July and September 2026.

Participants will conduct a live coaching session (45 to 60 minutes) evaluated according to professional standards.

This session will be observed by an ITCA-accredited evaluator who will provide detailed feedback.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive the certification:

“International NLP Coach”, accredited by the International Training & Coaching Academy of John Grinder & Carmen Bostic St. Clair.

The cost of this exam is an additional £500, payable at the time of registration directly with NLP Academy.
