About this training
In professions centered on care, therapeutic relationships, and health, emotional demands, intense pace, constant mental load, and exposure to human suffering form a fertile ground for professional burnout.
Among doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and therapists, burnout is not just fatigue — it is a profound signal of imbalance between commitment, resources, and recognition.
This program was specifically designed for healthcare and helping professionals, with a focus on active prevention, support for resilience, and regulation of the effects of chronic stress.
It also includes concrete strategies to learn how to protect oneself from excessive or unregulated empathy, by establishing healthy boundaries and cultivating a professional presence that respects both others and oneself.
Based on an integrative and pragmatic approach, it combines tools from neuroscience and the New Code of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
Participants will experience simple, powerful protocols that can be immediately applied in their professional routines to preserve their energy and restore a healthy balance between engagement and self-protection.
