About this training
Our training is a 5-day intensive program, specially designed for managers, HRs, health professionals, educators, human development practitioners, and parents who wish to build a constructive, balanced, and lasting relationship with their children.
It is intended for anyone seeking to refine their relational approach, enhance the quality of their interactions, and develop communication skills that are both deeply human and highly effective.
In a safe and experiential environment, this training offers a dynamic and practical learning experience, supported by trainers with over 30 years of expertise in personal transformation, interpersonal communication, and helping relationships.
Participants explore practical tools that can be immediately applied in their daily lives, enabling them to better understand, listen, regulate, and interact in emotionally complex or vulnerable contexts.
They develop acute observation and pattern detection skills, learning to notice the smallest nuances in body language, breathing, or the voice of their interlocutors. Non-verbal communication enables them to enter another person’s world with sensitivity and congruence, subtly guiding through micro-muscle mirroring and physiological synchronization.
Through multi-level communication approaches, participants discover how to harmonize visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic language patterns to create deep resonance. With active listening and linguistic re-modelling, they naturally help their clients transform a problem into a solution. They also learn to identify and utilize a person’s preferred communication channel, thereby establishing authentic and lasting connections.
This exploration also includes the development of expanded perceptual awareness, allowing them to construct rich mental maps to better understand motivations and intentions, while cultivating the objectivity of an observer. Participants practice anchoring, the true art of capturing and mobilizing internal states, in order to dissolve blockages and immediately activate powerful resources. Finally, they dive into the universe of submodalities—the very core of the structure of our internal representations—and discover how to shift subtle distinctions to bring about profound and lasting change.
