About this training
The course is delivered in two immersive modules, offering a comprehensive foundation in NLP and equipping participants with the specialized coaching models developed by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clair, and Michael Carroll.
Mandatory diploma: Core Skills Diploma or holding the “Practitioner in NLP” certificate.
Part One: New Code NLP for Coaching Excellence
Dates: 11–18 May 2025 from 3pm to 9pm
Location: Lagos, Portugal (Live) or Swiss Satellite (Real-Time Supervision by Alessandro de Vita Zublena and Federica De Nardi)
This module leads to certification as a “New Code NLP Practitioner for Coaching Excellence.” It focuses on mastering both classical NLP and ‘New Code’ models, ensuring participants develop skills for rapid, lasting change in clients while maintaining an ecological balance.
Learning Highlights:
- Acute observation and pattern recognition: Develop fine-tuned sensory awareness for subtle shifts in body language, tone, and client states.
- Anchoring and state management: Capture and leverage resourceful emotional states to eliminate obstacles and boost performance.
- Working with the unconscious mind: Build a communication bridge between conscious and unconscious processes for resource activation.
- State optimizer and eraser: Master high-performance states and erase historical emotional patterns tied to fear, anxiety, or stress.
- Multilevel communication: Use non-verbal strategies, metaphorical language, and tailored communication to create deep, lasting connections.
- Three-Stage coaching protocol: Define the client’s challenge, enhance resources, and establish an inspiring future trajectory.
The assessment day (18 May 2025) includes practical exercises to demonstrate competency. Successful participants will receive the “New Code NLP Practitioner for Coaching Excellence” certification.
Part Two: International NLP Coach Certification (Optional)
- Conduct a live coaching session (45–60 minutes) at your workplace, following professional evaluation criteria.
- Sessions will be observed by an ITCA evaluator and a detailed feedback will be provided.
- Upon successful evaluation, participants will receive the “International NLP Coach” certification by ITCA.
