Technostress — often invisible and underestimated — acts like a slow poison: it reduces our ability to think clearly, feel our emotions in a balanced way, sleep peacefully, stay focused, and be present with ourselves and others. It creeps into our habits, our daily gestures, our automatic thoughts — until it becomes the new normal.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

This coaching program has been designed as a journey of mental and emotional liberation, helping you reclaim your attention, your energy, and your inner space.

You won’t just be “disconnecting” — you’ll be reconnecting: to your priorities, your breath, your natural rhythm, your deeper needs.
